Spiegelberg is the fourth setter to earn the honor from the Big 12 this season, joining Michelle Moriarty of Texas (Aug. 28), Rachel Holloway of Nebraska (Oct. 16) and Ashley Nu’u of Colorado (Nov. 13).
The last Wildcat to earn Big 12 Player of the Week honors was Angie Lastra. She was the first libero in Big 12 history to earn the conference’s weekly honor.
