QUOTING KANSAS STATE HEAD COACH STEVE BIETAU
“We’ve had a successful stretch of practice over the last two weeks and it was a good amount of time to focus on what we needed to improve on,” Bietau said. “We’ve made really good progress so far this fall. We are very excited to play in this tournament, because we will be up against our direct competition in our (central) region. We expect a strong field of competition and look at this as one more opportunity to keep on improving.”
