FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Kansas State women's tennis saw a pair of players end three-match losing skids during Saturday's action at the Razorback Classic. The doubles team of Petra Chuda and Maryna Chumak were victorious during the morning action.

Junior Antea Huljev snapped a three-match downturn with a straight set decision over Leyla Simmons of Oklahoma State, 6-2, 6-0. The product of Velenje, Slovenia, leads the Wildcats this fall in singles victories with a 5-5 mark. This was Huljev's first straight set win this fall.

Also ending a three-match skid was freshman Ana Gomez-Aleman. The native of Murcia, Spain, defeated Adriana Nieto of Arkansas in straight sets, 6-1, 6-1. Gomez-Aleman is now 2-4 in her brief K-State career.

Senior Natasha Vieira was also victorious on Saturday with a straight set victory over Lindsey Gray of Arkansas, 6-0, 6-0. The product of Carabobo, Venezuela now owns a 3-5 mark this fall.

In doubles, the duo of Chuda and Chumak secured K-State's only doubles win on Saturday. The pairing defeated Annemijn Koenen and Adriana Nieto of Arkansas, 8-5. This is the second K-State doubles team to defeated Koenen and Nieto this weekend, as Huljev and Nina Sertic captured an 8-5 win on Friday over the Razorback tandem.  

Kansas State will conclude action at the Razorback Classic on Sunday. Doubles action begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by a round of singles play.
