WICHITA, Kan. - Kansas State's Antea Huljev won a pair of singles matches on Saturday afternoon at the WSU Fall Classic. The Wildcats also were victorious in a pair of doubles matches in the morning at the Sheldon Coleman Tennis Complex.

Huljev, a product of Velenje, Slovenia, captured the first of two singles matches with a three-set decision over Jenny Herring of Arkansas State, 7-5, 5-7, 10-0. During the 2008-09 season, Huljev registered a 5-3 record in three-set matches.

In her second singles match of the day, Huljev defeated Rone van Wyk of Arkansas State in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1. Huljev's career record now stands at 31-37, including a 15-12 record during the fall season.

In the morning doubles' action, the both of K-State's doubles' teams captured wins. The duo of Huljev and sophomore Nina Sertic defeated Maria Aleman and Tina Ojdanic of Arkansas State, 8-2. K-State's other pair of senior Natasha Vieira and freshman Maryna Chumak defeated a mixed pairing of Lindsey Gray of Arkansas and Adriana Nieto of Arkansas State, 8-1.

K-State will conclude action at the WSU Fall Classic on Sunday with one doubles match for both pairs and one singles match.
