Wildcats Tied for Seventh in Hawaii
The team’s round of 303 is the fifth lowest for the team this season, and if excluding play on their own course it is the second lowest. In the previous two tournaments of the spring, the Cats were averaging 320 shots per round.
Pacing all teams is No. 14 Tennessee, firing an 8-over 576. The Lady Volunteers had two rounds of 288, and remain 20 shots ahead of second-place
Lady Volunteers consume the top-three individual spots. Leading is Golda Johansson with rounds of 70-73143, while Violeta Retemoza and Nicole Smith are tied for second place with identical rounds of 72-72144.
Wildcat Kali Quick is currently tied for 27th with scores of 76-77153, while sophomore Hailey Mireles is two shots behind in a tie for 30th. One shot behind Mireles in a tie for 37th are teammates Katy Heffel (78-79157) and Helene Robert (74-83157).
