MANHATTAN, Kan. The Kansas State women’s equestrian team will hold an informational meeting those wishing to try-out for the 2005-06 squad on Friday, August 26 at 4 p.m. in Weber Hall 123.

      Interested student-athletes will need to have their show record (if applicable), a copy of their class schedule and their medical insurance information at the meeting.  In addition, participants will need boots and long pants for the try-outs and a helmet if they ride English.

      The Kansas State equestrian team, under the direction of first-year head coach Dr. Teresa Slough, finished fifth at the both the Varsity Equestrian Championships and the IHSA National Championships in 2004-05.
