COLUMBUS, Ohio The Kansas State equestrian team continued their successful showing at the IHSA National Championships by placing seventh in the English division, while the Western team placed second.  The Western team is currently only one point short of first place, where Texas A&M, Fresno State and Oklahoma State are in a three-way tie.

In the English division, senior Allison Woodworth rode for the Cacchione Cup and placed thirteenth overall.  Senior Natalie Bennett rode in Equitation on the Flat and sophomore Heather Chatham rode in Equitation Over Fences, but neither rider placed.
