MANHATTAN, Kan. - Each week throughout the 2013 season, k-statesports.com will highlight former Kansas State football players currently in the NFL.

Arthur Brown, LB - Baltimore Ravens
A rookie linebacker for Baltimore, Brown came away with a career high four tackles in the Ravens' 20-17 overtime loss to Cincinnati Sunday. A second-round selection in the 2013 NFL Draft, Brown doubled his season total in tackles as he now has eight in seven games for the 3-6 Ravens.

Bryce Brown, RB - Philadelphia Eagles
A seventh-round pick in 2012, Brown rushed four times for 11 yards in the Eagles' 27-13 win at Green Bay on Sunday. The second-year running back pushed his season total to 163 yards, while he has caught six passes for 56 yards for the 5-5 Eagles.

Jeromey Clary, OL - San Diego Chargers
Clary, a seventh-year offensive lineman, started at right guard in San Diego's 28-20 home loss to Denver Sunday. The start was the 86th of Clary's career, while he has now played in 96 career games. The Chargers fell to 4-5.

Josh Freeman, QB - Minnesota Vikings
Freeman, a fifth-year quarterback for Minnesota, was active but did not play in the Vikings' 34-27 loss to Washington Thursday night. Combining his time in Tampa Bay to open the 2013 campaign with his one game for Minnesota, Freeman has thrown for 761 yards on 63-of-147 passing with two touchdowns and four interceptions. Minnesota fell to 1-8.

Chris Harper, WR - Green Bay Packers
Harper, a 2013 draft pick by Seattle who was later signed by the 49ers and then claimed off waivers by Green Bay, was inactive for the Packers' 27-13 loss to Philadelphia Sunday. Harper made his NFL debut two weeks ago as he played mainly on special teams and recorded a tackle on kickoff coverage. The Packers are now 5-4.

Rob Jackson, LB - Washington Redskins
A sixth-year linebacker for the Redskins, Jackson played in Washington's 34-27 Thursday-night win at Minnesota but did not record any statistics. In five games this season, Jackson has five tackles, including two sacks and an interception for the Redskins, who improved to 4-5.

Emmanuel Lamur, LB - Cincinnati Bengals
Lamur, an undrafted rookie free agent in 2012, suffered a season-ending injury and was placed on injured reserve by the Bengals prior to the 2013 season. Cincinnati held on to its lead in the AFC North thanks to a 20-17 overtime win at Baltimore Sunday as the Bengals are now 6-4.

Jeron Mastrud, TE - Oakland Raiders
Mastrud, a fourth-year tight end, started in Oakland's 24-20 loss at the New York Giants on Sunday but did not catch any passes. Mastrud has tallied four receptions this year for 71 yards. Oakland fell to 3-6.

Jordy Nelson, WR - Green Bay Packers
A sixth-year receiver for Green Bay, Nelson hauled in six receptions for 56 yards in Green Bay's 27-13 home loss to Philadelphia on Sunday. Nelson, who leads the NFL with 29 receiving touchdowns since 2011, has tallied 49 receptions for 772 yards and seven touchdowns this season for the 5-4 Packers.
Highlight: 30-yd reception

Terence Newman, CB - Cincinnati Bengals
Newman, an 11-year NFL veteran, came away with five tackles and his second interception of the season in Cincinnati's 20-17 overtime victory at Baltimore on Sunday. Newman now has 662 career tackles and 36 interceptions, while he also had two passes defended Sunday to push his career total to 134. The Bengals held on to their lead in the AFC North as they are now 6-4.

Darren Sproles, RB/Returner - New Orleans Saints
A week after being limited due to injury, Sproles returned Sunday night to help New Orleans rout Dallas, 49-17. The ninth-year running back caught seven passes for 76 yards, including a 28-yard touchdown, while he rushed five times for 12 yards and another score. In nine games, Sproles has rushed for 130 yards and two touchdowns, caught 44 passes for 444 yards and two scores, and averaged 21.2 yards on 10 kickoff returns. New Orleans held on to its one-game lead in the NFC South with a 7-2 record.

Daniel Thomas, RB - Miami Dolphins
A third-year running back for Miami, Thomas had four carries for minus-two yards in Miami's 22-19 Monday-night loss at Tampa Bay. Thomas has totaled 214 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 64 carries and has caught nine passes for 50 yards and a score this season. The Dolphins fell to 4-5.

Justin Tuggle, LB - Houston Texans
Tuggle, an undrafted rookie free agent, played in Houston's 27-24 loss at Arizona Sunday but did not record any statistics. In eight games this year, Tuggle has four tackles for the 2-7 Texans.

Reggie Walker, LB - San Diego Chargers
A fifth-year linebacker who is in his first season with San Diego, Walker played in the Chargers' 28-20 loss to Denver but did not record any statistics. Walker has 23 tackles with two sacks this year for the 4-5 Chargers.
