Manhattan, Kan. - Kansas State officials announced Tuesday a preliminary list of cable operators throughout the state who will be carrying the K-State vs. Kansas pay-per-view football telecast on Saturday, Oct. 27.

The game costs $14.95 and can be purchased through the remote for both digital and analog cable subscribers to Time Warner Cable in Kansas City. The game can be purchased at channel 399 on Time Warner's digital tier and at channel 78 for analog subscribers.

Comcast Cable customers in Kansas City with an analog box can order through the remote at channel 18 on the Missouri side and channel 79 on the Kansas side. Customers without an analog box should call Comcast at 816-795-1100 to order.

Sunflower Cable customers in Lawrence can purchase the telecast by calling 785-841-2100.

Cox Communications, which controls 85 percent of the Kansas cable market outside the Kansas City area, will make the game available in more than 60 other markets across the state, including Wichita, Topeka, Manhattan, Salina, Hutchinson, Pittsburg, Dodge City, Garden City and Junction City.

Customers who have Cox Communcations can purchase the game by calling 1-888-GET-MORE. For a complete list of all the Cox Communications' operators carrying the game, please visit k-statesports.com.

Fans in other markets wishing to purchase the telecast should contact their local cable operator.
