Miscellaneous Notes
•    K-State is now 1,533-1,080 all-time in its history.
•    Head coach Bruce Weber is now 344-167 all-time and 31-11 at K-State.
•    Today’s match-up marked the first time the two schools have faced each other.
•    K-State moved 12-3 all-time against current members of the Southland conference, including a perfect 12-0 at home.
•    K-State improved to 61-3 at home in non-conference play dating back to the 2006-07 season, including a 59-2 mark during the regular season… The Wildcats have now won 50 of their last 51 non-conference home games… The three losses since 2006-07 have come to DePaul (2007), Oregon (2007) and Northern Colorado in the home opener.
•    The Wildcats’ starting lineup consisted of freshman guard Marcus Foster, senior guard Will Spradling, senior guard Shane Southwell, freshman forward Wesley Iwundu and junior forward Thomas Gipson… This is the second time K-State has used this starting lineup this season with the Wildcats winning both match-ups.
•    Foster and Spradling have started all seven games, while Iwundu and Southwell have started six in a row… Foster and Iwundu have started together each of the last five games.

Team Notes
•    K-State’s 87 points is a season-high and the most in a game since also scoring 87 against Alabama-Huntsville on Nov. 13, 2012… The 31 field goals were also a season-high, while the 17 assists tied a season-high which has been done two other times this season.
•    The Wildcats ended the night, connecting on 46.3 percent (31-of-67) from the field, including 54.8 percent (17-of-31) in the second half.
•    K-State posted a season-high 42 points in the paint to go with a season-best 19 second-chance points… The Wildcats held a +20 point advantage (42-22) in the paint, while they out-scored the Bears, 19-4, in second-chance opportunities.
•    K-State out-rebounded Central Arkansas, 52-22, including 23 offensive boards… The 23 offensive rebounds are the most since the Wildcats hauled in 24 vs. George Washington on Dec. 8, 2012, while the 52 rebounds are the most since bringing in 54 vs. North Florida on Nov. 18, 2012.
•    K-State held Central Arkansas to a season-low 54 points and 21 points below their 75 points per game average… The Bears connected on 39.6 percent from the field, including 30.4 percent from 3-point range… The Wildcats have now held four opponents below 40 percent.
•    The 22 rebounds by the Bears are the fewest the Wildcats have given up since holding Texas Tech to 20 on two occasions last season.
•    A season-high 11 players scored for K-State, including three players in double figures.

Individual Notes
•    Shane Southwell tied a career-high with a game-high 19 points on 8-of-14 field goals… It marked the third time this season he has scored in double figures and the 17th time in his career… The effort tied his career-high of 19 vs. Kansas on Jan. 22, 2013.
•    Thomas Gipson continued his strong play of late, finishing with 17 points on 7-of-13 shooting… He has scored in double figures in three consecutive games and 25 times in his career.
•    53 of Gipson’s 57 points this season have come in the last three games.
•    Marcus Foster also scored in double figures with 10 points… He has now scored in double figures in six consecutive games.
•    D.J. Johnson corralled a game-high 10 rebounds to go with 8 points.
•    Nino Williams posted season-highs for both points (9) and rebounds (7).
•    Will Spradling tied a career-high with 3 steals to go with 9 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists.
•    Wesley Iwundu posted season-highs for both assists (3) and minutes (28) to go with 7 points and 8 rebounds.
•    Shawn Meyer and Ryan Schultz both scored their first points of the season.
•    Jack Karapetyan scored his first career points with a field goal in 4 minutes.
