A 2005 Kansas State graduate, Justin Tadtman is in his sixth season as the Director of Baseball Operations. In his role, Tadtman is responsible for all areas of operations for the program, including all recruiting, travel and budgetary issues, while he is also heavily involved with baseball alumni relations. Tadtman is also in charge of the maintenance of all equipment, uniforms and practice gear, as well as the Wildcats' home, Tointon Family Stadium.
Prior to his appointment with K-State baseball, Tadtman worked five years in athletic operations, serving as a graduate assistant and event manager. Tadtman collaborated with athletic staff members in preparation for events at Kansas State.
Born in Wichita, Kan., but raised in Manhattan, Tadtman earned his bachelor's degree in social sciences with an emphasis in economics from Kansas State in 2005. Tadtman and his wife, Katie, reside in Manhattan and have one son, Colten (6) and two daughters, Aubrey (4) and Claire (1).
