Cowley County CC - Helped lead Cowley County to a total of six Jayhawk Conference championships winning cross country, indoor track and outdoor track each year... cross country team finished fourth and fifth at nationals and won the regional title both years... earn All-America status in 5,000M and 10,000M in 2010.

High School - Earned all-conference three years in a row in cross country... won conference championship senior year while earning all-regional status and qualifying for the state championship... won league title in 3,200M senior year and was named all-league a total of five times...
